More News of Teletraan; Thrust Worries
*Auspex is attempting to study an obscure text. She is somewhat distracted, still reeling a bit about the recent events, the new friend she lost so soon, and what an enigma he was... as well as the experience of having her innate abilities boosted by a Cybertronian with Mini-Con power-augmenting energy, without the need of the specific port that no one in her universe possesses... and a new dent in the wall that needs repair, introduced by a very large helicopter Cybertronian from a very alien universe. It's... been strange lately, even for her.*

Out of the air steps a coneheaded jet, his pink optics glinting with amusement. Yes, he sees the spectre Autobot talking to Auspex, but he's hardly going to let death serve as an excuse for slander.

"I wouldn't call myself beautiful or naive," says Ratchet. "But I'd say the same about the femme I know."
"Lousy cheat at poker, though," mutters Ironhide, secure in his inaudibility.

Hello, Thrust. You are being uncharitable, you know; you know a Starscream who has not yet died. Death taught him -- *she breaks off, glancing at Ratchet again* --or her... many things about what is important in life. Besides, he is fiercely loyal to Dreadmoon, is he not? *she gives him a somewhat pointed look*

"She's still a lousy cheater...."

"And you have it backwards, Auspex. Dreadmoon is fiercely loyal to Starscream--Starscream would drop Dreadmoon like a piece of wet slag if given a reason to. He keeps no one."

The one I consider a friend, resisted and refused the call of the Allspark, when he so badly wanted rest... for the sake of his still-living mate, and in order to ease the suffering of my free-spark charge, who was tortured by an agent of Unicron. He knows the value of peace, the value of strength, and the value of loyalty. Do not belittle his sacrifice.
*She glances back at Ratchet* I'm rather glad to hear that. She, also, learned what is valuable.

"She died a hero. Though she'll laugh at you for saying it." Ratchet's voice is quiet as he folds his arms over his chest.
"Y' sure attract a lotta dead guys, Priestess," notes Ironhide dryly.

"Starscreams don't die heroes. They die fools."

*she acknowledges Ironhide's remark, with a bit of a smile, ignoring the pointed observation at Thrust's state of being. If they can't all sense each other, and/or don't know they're all dead, something is very wrong* Yes, I suppose I do. The Nexus has a way of bringing them in, I think; and so often, they carry pain with them.
*she turns back to address both Autobot free-sparks, though she can only see the one* Pardon me. This is Thrust, one of my frequent visitors. *she eyes him from the corner of her optic* He... is at odds with Starscream, in the universe he lives in. And this is Ratchet, and the presence over there is Ironhide. *Yes, she is also ignoring Thrust's pretense of not knowing Ironhide is there*
As for their universe's air commander... I'm quite sure that gender programming can affect surface personalities as well. *she blinks, looking a little boggled at that train of thought*
